Description: Swedish Customer Service Executive Manchester £12,500 + OTE

This is a perfect role for a person looking to enhance their customer service / inbound sales career. You will be working with an established inbound reservations team, in which there are excellent opportunities to progress. The ideal candidate should be outwardly going and have an excellent telephone manner. They are looking for intelligent bilingual candidates person, ideally, would like to progress in a growing organisation.

Full training will be provided, initially and ongoing.

Responsibilities include:

o Work as part of an established team
o Handle Inbound Reservations on a daily basis
o You must be capable of dealing with inbound and outbound customer sales enquiries in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
o Be a role model for consistent customer focus to ensure that absolute ownership is assumed during every customer contact
o You must also ensure that the highest levels of quality and honesty are maintained through adherence to agreed sales processes

Excellent Communication Skills and a real passion and vision for Sales are essential.

Salary Hours Location:

£12,500 OTE £30,000
Office hours 8.00am – 10.00pm
Rotating shift pattern every 4 weeks calculated at 37 ½ hours per week
City Centre location
