Our client a multi-award winning company based in Manchester City Centre are seeking enthusiastic, Bilingual, Trilingual, Multilingual candidates. This is a full time opportunity; you will be working 37.5 hours per week, on a shift pattern basis.

This is an inbound contact centre – Pure inbound calls only

Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Job Description

• Receive incoming reservation calls
• Converting the maximum number of these calls into sales
• Promoting Our Clients products and services where appropriate
• Contribute to the achievement of team targets
• Active participation in team briefs and 1-2-1 meetings
• Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services
• Facilitate on-going improvements in our service and prices and the continuous improvement of the Reservations Centre
• Track all reservations on-request
• Provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
• Working as part of a team, to ensure that all customers receive a high quality service
• Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls, ensuring that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales.
• Giving accurate information on the phone: provide customer service
• General administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Skills/Knowledge/Competency

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Uncompromising honesty & a good sense of humour
Fluent English along with one of the specified languages below

Salary Package / Bonus

Basic £12,500 p.a. + Uncapped OTE Earnings over - £42,000
Two Weeks Training followed up by an additional two week on the job training
Ongoing support and development
Working in the heart of Manchester City Centre, close to all major transportation links, metro links, train stations, bus routes.
Offices open from 8.00 am – 10.00 pm 7 days per week
Hours of work 37 ½ per week (rotating shift pattern, issued four weeks in advance)
