Sales Team Manager Manchester Circa £21,000 + Year End Performance Bonus (Up to 20%) A fantastic opportunity for experienced, energetic, motivated Sales Team Managers! Our client are an expanding and rewarding company, due to ongoing success, they are seeking x2 Experienced Team Managers to join their Confirmations Department on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities * Deliver a benchmark service line with agreed SLA’s * Manage a team of up to 14 Multilingual Reservation Agents * Constantly manage your team targets and calls activity * Build and maintain full product knowledge * Ensure you can provide information, when required, to your team * Constantly aim to improve your team's performance and increase call activity * Set and monitor targets and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) * Ensuring any training/development requirements are maintained * Have the ability to work within busy a pressurised fast paces call centre environment * Plan and prepare management reports * Consolidate and submit data and findings to the Managing Director * Produce ongoing statistical information on improvements and performance of your team * Organising incentives and promotional team building events for team members A fluency in Italian, French, Spanish or German (along with English) Your Skills Will Include Be a confident and assertive team-leader Possess excellent communication and man-management skills Previous supervisory experience essential You enjoy the bustle of working in an exciting call centre environment!
