Scandinavian Customer Service Executive £12,500 + OTE £20,000!! Manchester City Centre INBOUND CALLS Leading travel / leisure company are currently seeking enthusiastic Finnish Danish Norwegian & Swedish Sales Executives. The role is exciting and varied and will see the reservation agent, handling a variety of duties • Dealing with customer enquires over the telephone providing all information about the cost of the vehicle • Taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements • Accurately completing all relevant documents • Taking payments • Fulfilling a variety of administration tasks Build strong relationships with clients to encourage further business • Working to sales targets and maximize profit margins • Providing excellent knowledge of rates and products • Solving various enquiries, efficiently. • Ensuring the client is aware of the cancellation process, times, dates, etc. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Reservations experience working within a well established and exciting Company.
