NORWEGIAN Sales Agent Manchester City Centre £12,500 + OTE £35,000 Our client is a leading travel company who promote highly successful products and services within the travel, leisure and insurance industries. INBOUND CALLS Joining as a NORWEGIAN Sales Agent / NORWEGIAN Speaking Call Centre Agent you will be working within a busy Manchester based Call Centre acting as a key member of the incoming calls (customer retention and sales) team. Using your excellent customer service skills you will play a key part in ensuring the ongoing expansion and retention of an existing client base. In more detail your role will include the following: • Manage all incoming calls (customer retention & sales) efficiently, professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. • To promote and sell the company or client goods and services as required. • To maintain an excellent knowledge of products and services at all times. • Participate in monthly team briefings, training workshops and update briefings as and when required. • To ensure that individual targets and service levels are achieved. This role suits an individual with a background in sales, gained from either a face-to-face or call centre environment. Naturally you will need to possess excellent communication skills along with a solid understanding of computers including the use of the Internet, Word and Excel.
