Mortgage Sales Advisor Manchester Basic + OTE £45k - £60k (R£alistic)
A highly respected Brokerage with a strong background in dealing with High net-worth clients, generally their clients are self-employed or high earners.
The Majority of mortgages completed are between £1 - £10 million. Due to expansion they currently Seek an enthusiastic Experienced Mortgage Advisor
Core responsibilities
You will provide a full financial review on the clientâs finances, offering the best advice and guidance to customers to meet their requirements.
As well as offering advice from the whole of the mortgage market, you will also be required to maximise cross sales opportunities, ensuring that the client is fully aware of the whole mortgage process.
Applicant Requirements
Qualifications must include full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
The successful candidate will posses fantastic negotiating skills
This opportunity would be best suited to someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience in the mortgage adviser role.
You should have a patient and professional manner
You should be able to co-operate within a team environment, yet maintain the ability to work alone.
You should be highly motivated to achieve results, possess the ability to understand complex underwriting criteria, to organise and prioritise own workload and adaptable to change.
Salary / Package
Starting Salary is negotiable £17,000 - £23,000 (Upon Experience)
On Targets Earnings â Realistic £45,000 - £60,000
Hours 9.00am â 5.00 pm
You must be prepared to be flexible to suit the clientâs needs
28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
Parking Available
Own Vehicle Required

PMI after 12 months service
D in S upon completion of probationary period
