Swedish Speaking Sales and Service Agent Manchester Swedish Speaking Reservation Agent Manchester Permanent Full time - 37.5 hours per week - shift work Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £17,000 + Bonus Job Accountabilities • Sales and Customer Service • Quote and sell various products / services from the reservation system using the in-house quotation system • Change reservations and actively cross sell Insurances where services are full or unavailable. • Convert calls in to direct sales and constantly look for sales opportunities • Offer special products, promotions, and offers • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times by identifying the caller's needs and offering the appropriate products and services.
