Customer Service Executive Manchester Job Description Job title: French Speaking Confirmations Executive Location: Manchester City Centre Job Responsibilities: The role as a Confirmations Executive is to assist the Confirmations Manager and work with the Confirmations Team to process car hire bookings. The main duties of the team comprise the below: • Process bookings made on the website • Process last-minute requests from the reservation floor • Confirm bookings through bespoke supplier systems and internet sites • Liaise with suppliers to confirm bookings • Ensure all bookings are confirmed within stated target times • Manage incoming emails from the reservation floor and suppliers • Deal with enquiries from suppliers and customers • Liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are met • Find alternative solutions to problem bookings • Provide support to the reservation floor • Compile daily reports to measure performance A high level of computer literacy is needed, with particular emphasis on MS Excel. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is an essential requirement - creating rapport with our suppliers and customers is a key part of the role and integral to the success of the team. Good organisational skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role, as is the ability to work well under pressure.
