Italian Reservation Agent Manchester We are seeking talented individuals who are looking for an exciting challenge in the travel industry; working for a specialist Travel Operator in Manchester city centre, you will be able to use your previous customer service/sales experience to the full. You will be working in a friendly call centre environment selling specialist and travel arrangements & products to incoming contacts. To be successful in this exciting position you will posses excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner and have previous experience within a travel environment. You must also be bilingual with fluent Italian together with excellent English written & spoken. Ability to maintain an accurate customer database so IT skills are also required.
