Job Description

• Code up purchase invoices and expenses and post to purchase ledger, ensuring adequate authorisation.
• Matching with Purchase Orders as required
• Posting cash receipts and payments, as well as cash allocation on both the sales and purchase ledger
• Propose purchase ledger payment runs and agree schedule of payments
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Run full month-end procedures on all ledgers
• Reconciliation on bank accounts, as well as some other balance sheet accounts, including purchase & sales ledger control
• Reconcile inter-company accounts and agree balances with client offices
