Description: Distribution Administrator £15000 Manchester

Leading distributor has a vacancy for a Transport Administrator based at their Manchester branch.

De-brief drivers upon return to depot.
Checking all relevant paperwork has been completed correctly, issues regarding the delivery logged and adjustment keyed onto customer account for which a credit note is raised.
Notify head office of any fleet changes.
Run reports daily
Log the working time directive on the spreadsheet.
Sort customer invoices to be sent for scanning.
Ad hoc duties included copying, filing, spreadsheets, and answering the telephone.
