A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this well known travel & leisure company based in a fantastic central location in the City of Manchester.

Spanish Speaking Reservations Agent.

You will be working in a modern office with a professional and friendly team.

They will pay a basic salary of £12,500 along with excellent benefits, plus the opportunity to earn £££ Realistic Earning Potential £38,000

Spanish Reservations Agents duties

-Answer telephone enquiries from business users, corporate clients, and the general public
-Discuss requirements with customers and advise on various products
-Identify and solve problems
-Cross sell other products when appropriate
-Liaise with ticket department for ticketing requirements
-Handle adhoc enquiries
-Process booking forms
-Process payments
-Produce and send out invoices

Your Skills Will Include

- Travel industry background for a tour operator, airline, business travel company,
customer service, sales, hospitality, hotels, etc
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Customer focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of microsoft Word and Email
- Confident, enthusiastic and committed
