Smart Space uk Limited is a growing company with Award winning Backpackers Hostels (SmartBackpackers.com) and hotels in central London.
The Position
We are looking for a person who can take up the overall responsibility for the reservation and be in-charge of all the bookings & reservations. You would start as a reservation agent with an opportunity to becoming a Manger as the company grows.
The Ideal candidate:
·You will have excellent communication (both written & verbal) and telephone skills.
·You will posses computer skills with programs like MS Office and Outlook.
·Any pervious experience of Hotel/Hostel reservation system would be an advantage.
·You will have flair for driving sales and occupancy. You should be a team player, be proactive and achieve results.
·You will have a “YES I CAN” approach in all aspects of your job.
Responsibilities
·To deal with all incoming faxes, emails and reservation messages promptly and accurately.
·To deal with group booking enquires.
·To process all reservations efficiently through the company’s Reservation System.
·To ensure that all reservations are filed accurately and can be retrieved promptly
·To ensure that bookings for each day are checked prior to arrival for accuracy and confirmations.
·To negotiate, within the limits of authority, rates with potential guests and Agents.
