| THE COMPANY: Our Client is a Private Hospital Group. a Leading provider of independent hospital services in the UK, with a network of 22 private hospitals and 10 treatment centres servicing private insured, self pay and NHS patients. These hospitals provide a wide range of specialised clinical treatments from cosmetic surgery and hip/knee surgery, to cataract surgery and hernia repair. ABOUT THE UNIT NHS Treatment Centrer run by a Private Hospital Group on behalf of the NHS. The Treatment Centre is a purpose built facility which provides services for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of common medical conditions, and has a suite of outpatient rooms, treatment rooms and counselling facilities. A well-equipped modern theatre undertakes a range of surgical procedures and endoscopic (diagnostic) investigations. Treatments at the centre include Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, Hernia Surgery, Cataract Surgery, Cystoscopy, Hand surgery, Foot surgery, Vasectomy, Varicose vein surgery and Minor skin procedures. The Treatment Centre works in close partnership with local Primary Care Trust to deliver day care surgery to the residents of Boston and surrounding areas. With a resident surgeon and anaesthetist, nursing staff with many years of clinical expertise are able to deliver a service that puts patients at the top of our priorities. ABOUT THE POSITION Our client are now recruiting staff and would like to meet interested individuals to discuss opportunities in the following positions: Theatre Practitioners We welcome applications from experienced theatre practitioners with excellent anaesthetics, scrub or recovery skills. You will ensure clinical practice complies with departmental policies and procedures, prepare clinical areas for daily use in line with quality documentation and records whilst maintaining high standards of infection control in accordance with departmental policy. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Applicants should have a sound level of professional & clinical knowledge and a dedication to providing exemplary care for patients. You need to be an excellent team player, have good communication skills & be willing to take part in the on call rota and a willingness to further develop their skills and undertake training as required.
