DHL Exel Supply Chain have an exciting opportunity in their Cumbernauld Distribution Site.
This Training and Recruitment Advisor role is a brand new role combining recruitment and training and working within the small HR Department. As this is a new role, you will have a blank canvas and be able to make your mark! The split between Recruitment and Training will depend on the business cycle.

You will manage site recruitment campaigns including the completion of relevant paperwork and ensure peak recruitment targets are achieved within the agreed timescales.In addition, for Recruitment you will act as the main point of contact for the on site recruitment agency, ensuring that they produce key information and achieve set targets.

For Training, you will work with the site Team to identify training needs and aim to provide solutions to meet these needs which you will agree and coordinate into a site training plan. You will also be required to write and facilitate site training courses. Additionally, you will coordinate site Trainers ensuring that they receive the appropriate focus, training, support and communication.

Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will be self motivated and the type of individual who thrives on a challenge. You will have worked in a fast paced environment and be prepared to "get stuck in".
• Of graduate calibre(CIPD / CTP preferable)
•Be effective and efficient in dealing with high volume recruitment
• Proven track record of success in all elements of the training cycle including; design, delivery and evaluation
• You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks in a timely manner
• Proven record of producing reports and statistical information
•Perhaps, a proven track record of experience in logistics or a similar industry
