Your role as Commercial Manager for Boots carries much responsibility. Taking a category management approach, you will be tasked with building on our already strong relationship with this key retail partner. Working collaboratively with the customer to grow the category as a whole, your objective is to maximise sales and profit development for Conair. Responsibilities will include range planning, forecasting, promotional planning, joint business planning and regular customer meetings. Our business philosophy is to always consider new ideas and working practices and as a result you will be given the freedom and autonomy to utilise your creative account management skills to achieve our goals.

Currently at either National Account Manager or Commercial Manager level, you will be proven in successfully managing a leading high street or grocery retailer account. An electrical background would be great but is certainly not a pre-requisite as we are keen to hear from talented people from various product categories, for example Health & Beauty. Of more importance is a strong record of achievement in managing national accounts and a friendly, open and outgoing personality to fit with the culture of our business. As Boots is an account which demands high attention to detail you will also need to be numerate and analytical.
