Eden Scott's client is a FTSE 100 company who require a Business Partner Account Manager for the London area.
Promoting the brand and core values you will manage both the commercial and operational relationships with our client's business partners. You will be responsible for communications&customer excellence standards.
You will ensure daily operational delivery to meet the supply chain demand whilst developing processes to deliver solutions. Liaising with other depts on any BP issues you will implement projects to improve team&customer experience.
Accomplished in managing major accounts & working to strict deadlines, project managing, comms skills and relationship building are paramount. Disciplined and highly motivated you relish a challenge&thrive on results. Confident & customer focussed you have a flexible approach to getting the job done.
Commercial awareness, an understanding of supply chain functions and knowledge of a service management organisation are a given.
