As Research Analyst you will play a key role in researching the performance of the force on an external basis in relation to customer experience and on an internal basis in relation to organisational performance.

Applicants are expected to possess a degree in a relevant subject e.g. Business Studies, Statistics, or degree with analytical modules or equivalent.

In addition, at least two years’ professional experience undertaking research including the collection, analysis and presentation of both qualitative and quantitative information are required.

It is expected that you will have advanced numerical skills, advanced literacy skills together with ENHANCED computer/keyboard skills e.g. the use of spreadsheets, inputting into database systems, where accuracy is important but speed is not a key demand.
