Location: Clydebank. Glasgow

Salary: £12k - £14k + OTE £16k-18k, uncapped

THE COMPANY

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for inbound sales advisors for a leading banking organization based in Clydebank. Their name is synonymous with an excellent working and environment and great career prospects and they have won several industry awards recently for the quality of their products both customer and employee satisfaction.

THE ROLE

They are currently recruiting for inbound sales advisors to join their fast expanding personal lending team. Your main duties will be:

* Identify all sales opportunities through tailoring to the customers needs and closing the sale where possible
* Assess lending proposals within laid down procedure
* Ensure that product knowledge is up to date and accurate
* Ensure that individual and team targets are met, if not exceeded
* Poduce accurate quotations, applications and documentation
* Ensure that all queries are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion
* Ensure that all customers, both internal and external, receive an excellent standard of service
* Adhere to strict FSA regulations at all times

EXPERIENCE
Previous sales experience within a in a similar role would be preferred, however what is important is that you are ambitious, hard working have the drive to exceed targets.

* Previous experience within a target driven environment
* Excellent, proven customer service experience
* Professional telephone manner
* Flexibility in working hours
* The desire to work within the financial industry.
* The ability to pick up information quickly
