My client, a leading health & fitness centre are currently looking for a Membership Sales Advisor for their Glasgow gym. They are looking for professional people who can create special experiences for their members.

Salary – c £12 – 16K. OTE £20k+

About the Role:

If you're bored with telesales or selling a product you don't believe in this is an opportunity to release your potential. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role is to sell leisure club memberships. Putting the customer first, you'll think of the most appropriate membership category for their needs. You'll set your sights high and deliver great results to contribute to the success of the club.

Hours & Shifts are 40 hours per week to include day, evening & weekend shifts (normally 1 weekend out of 3). Possibility of job share would be explored.

Requirements:

• Results orientated and motivated to make a sale.
•  Works well under pressure with deadlines and targets.
• General awareness of sales processes, with telephone sales experience to your advantage.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of individuals both in person and over the telephone.
• Computer literate, basic word and excel.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Genuine interest in the fitness industry and wanting to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Remuneration:

In addition to the generous basic salary a bonus scheme is also in place for the role.
