£12k - £14k + OTE £16k-18k, uncapped

35 hour per week contract
Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm, occasional Saturday 9am - 5pm, no Sundays

THE COMPANY
First People Solutions are currently recruiting for In-Bound Sales Advisors for the European Customer Contact Centre of the Clydesdale Bank, just a short jouney out-with the City Centre. THE ROLE
They are currently recruiting for inbound sales advisors to join their fast expanding personal lending team. Your main duties will be:

* Identify all sales opportunities through tailoring to the customers needs and closing the sale where possible
* Assess lending proposals within laid down procedure
* Ensure that product knowledge is up to date and accurate
* Ensure that individual and team targets are met, if not exceeded
* Produce accurate quotations, applications and documentation
* Ensure that all queries are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion
* Ensure that all customers, both internal and external, receive an excellent standard of service
* Adhere to strict FSA regulations at all times

EXPERIENCE
At the Clydesdale Bank, previous sales experience within a in a similar role would be preferred, however what is important is that you are ambitious, hard working have the drive to exceed targets.

Essential criteria
* Previous experience within a target driven environment
* Excellent, proven customer service experience
* Professional telephone manner
* Flexibility in working hours
* The desire to work within the financial industry.
