Eden Scott's Client is an award winning Edinburgh property developer, having won Saltire awards, RIBA, CIOB, RIAS, and Scottish Design awards for their developments.

Due to planned expansion they currently have an opportunity for a Buyer to join their team.

• Reporting to a Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Purchasing all materials required for construction
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Arranging deliveries to sites
• Liaising with on site staff with regards to their requirements

You will currently be working in a Purchasing role either with a House Builder or Contractor, and as such will have a strong understanding of the supply chain process.
