Trainee Sales ManagerEdinburgh   Circa £50K

If you have previous sales experience, and are looking to progress into management, the Trainee Sales Manager position at CR Smith could be just what you’re looking for.

As Trainee Sales Manager you will join the fast track management development programme, which will develop your skills and get you ready to manage your own team of Sales Executives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve set monthly sales targets.  The role involves: shadowing your team on pre-arranged, fully confirmed appointments with potential customers in their own homes; holding regular team meetings; identifying individual and team training needs and delivering required training; and motivating each individual to reach their maximum potential.  

With a high basic to get you started and excellent commission on your sales, you should expect to earn in the region of £50K, although earnings are uncapped so exceptional performers can earn considerably more. This position also includes a new company car which you'll receive on your first day, individual and team incentive bonuses, ongoing training and development and the full support of our Senior Management Team.  

Please note that we are unable to provide a company car to applicants aged under 23 due to car insurance requirements.  Applications will still be considered from candidates who are able to provide their own vehicle.  A full driving license is essential for this position.
