The Role

• An excellent opportunity to work with a major international group, operating in the manufacturing and distribution sector delivering household products to a global customer base. They have enjoyed consistent success and are recognised as the market leader in their field.

• Has strong and successful brands which have stood the test of time and has significant opportunities for further development and growth.

• A new role has been created to focus on widening the global communication channels across each of the individual internal businesses, working with them to shape and develop a marketing model that’s replicated group wide and advising on the development of a consolidated and consistent marketing strategy.

• Working closely with Product Management, Divisional Sales forces and Corporate Sales & Marketing to establish a common and consistent strategy to drive increased volume in sales and influence product quality and innovation.

Candidates

• Possess a technical or commercial qualification supported by a strong career in sales & marketing preferably with an industrial and international feel.
• Able and persuasive communicators convincing through professional competence and strong personality and possess the ability to understand different requirements of the individual markets and translate them into operational plans.
• Flexible and highly motivated individuals comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort with extensive international travel to all of the individual businesses within the group and to various international exhibitions etc.
