Housing OfficerArbroath   £11 - £13 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Officer to work for one of the areas leading housing organisations for an in ital period of 3 months, although this could well be extended as its maternity cover.

This will be a very full Generic Housing Officer role and duties will include:

* Allocation of properties
* Rent Arrears of current and former tenants
* Void Management
* Estate Management

This will be a full time role and based primarily in the Arbroath area. Access to a car would be highly desirable for this role.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience of working at a similar level, ideally for a housing organisation or other social role. They will have excellent communication skills, a sound awareness of 'social' issues and experience of dealing with the public in a front line role.
