(Starting Salary: £13.38 per hour( (36.25 Hours per week) We are seeking a highly motivated person to fill this varied and key position in the Housing Service, based in Elgin. The postholder will contribute significantly to the review of the Council's Local Housing Strategy and to the implementation of agreed priorities and actions. This will involve local housing system analysis and related research, identification of housing needs and working with a range of partners within the Council and in other agencies/organisations. The postholder will also assist in the implementation of the strategy and will work with others to increase affordable housing opportunities in Moray. We are looking for a team player, but someone who is also able to work on their own initiative. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyse complex data and with a good knowledge of strategic housing issues.
