Broker Consultant based in the City Centre of Manchester.
£27,000 £35,000 depending on Experience; Benefits: Field Sales Role: 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays; Bonuses Scheme; Pension Scheme; Health Assurance; Hours: 9am 5pm; Essential Qualifications: Full FPC level 1,2 and 3 or working towards the AFPC; Background in financial services; Knowledge of the IFA marketplace; Job Role: To achieve and exceed the branch sales target by maximising the new business potential in the area in line with the Companys overall visions, strategies and objectives and to provide a 1st class service to all IFAs in the area.
To contribute towards the overall success of the Branch by maximising the new sales potential from his / her panel and providing a first class service to IFAs.
Uses own initiative to implement plans to ensure the most effective operation of sales activities; Implements sales strategies (such as Samurai, Nationals & Networks etc) in line with local and senior management directives; Identifies areas of concern and is pro-active in implementing solutions before problems occur; Monitors business production against previously agreed business plan and takes corrective action when necessary; Logs all sales information, campaigns and activity on to Branch record systems i.e.
ICIS and Calendar; Establishes, maintains and develops strong business relationships with IFAs in the area; Carries out and updates appropriate fact finds with IFAs to establish areas for development in business and relationships; Ensures call rates are in line with previously agreed plans and are logged on the appropriate system; Provides regular and ad-hoc business updates to the management team ensuring all information is accurate and in the correct format; Takes a pro-active role at sales meetings, showing commitment and corporate responsibility and takes responsibility for any actions required after the meeting; Communicates the Companys vision and strategies while selling products and solutions to IFAs; Provides product / technical information and support to all IFAs; Ensures all Sales activity, presentation or mail shot material and expenses are compliant; If this sounds like the job for you then please dont delay contact Select Appointments Plc today on 0161 839 5866 or email a copy of your CV to [Click Here to Email Your CV] Ref: 414682
