Project Manager required to manage new and refurbishment retail projects within the Bristol and South West area. Your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from contract award

Position: Project Manager

Package: £50-60k basic + car allowance +travel + full benefits

Company: Well known and respected UK Construction Company with a high proportion of repeat and negotiated projects, ranging in value from £1m to £20m. Working across most well known building sectors, with newly secured projects valued between £2m and £15m.

Role: Project Manager required to manage new and refurbishment retail projects within the Bristol and South West area. Your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from contract award, you will lead and motivate the project team to deliver the project, within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to, additionally you will liaise with clients and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop an on-site client focused approach.

Requirements: Experience required upon projects of £5m+, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects; you will be happy working on either new build or refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership qualities and previous experience of dealing with Client and Design teams, Good health & safety awareness, plus supply chain management experience.
You must also have had steady career progression and significant periods of time with employers.
