The successful candidate will have been well trained, have good interpersonal skills, experience of good quality employment work is essential. There will be a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work. The successful candidate will be a good team player as well as being able to work individually, as a self motivator. You will have had good experience of supervising less experienced lawyers. The team comprises Partners, two Associates and five assistants with a presence in the firm’s three Midlands offices.
