Assisting the Regional HR & Training Manager, you will provide generalist HR support to Operational Management in NI and Isle of Man.
Key accountabilities will include assisting in the delivery of the HR strategy and operational people plans in line with the regional business plan; facilitating and supporting operational management on performance management and succession planning; supporting operational management in the recruitment of key roles; providing expert employee relations advice to operational management; supporting the provision of the regional training plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives and establishing and maintaining good TU relationships.
This position is based in Belfast
Applicants must have a valid driving licence, general HR and training experience, an understanding of HR processes, coaching and mentoring skills, strong influencing skills and must be IT literate. CIPD preferred or studying towards.
